Welcome to Blessed & Bold! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is owned by Blessed & Bold and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Estimated delivery time is 8-11 business days.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

  • Customers must ensure their shipping details are correct before placing an order. Blessed & Bold is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

  • In case of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their orders but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Customers may exchange a product within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Lifetime Warranty: Applies only to select items (as specified in product descriptions) and covers manufacturing defects.

  • Customers must pay a R199 replacement fee to receive a new item under warranty.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Accidental damage

    • Tarnishing or discoloration due to improper care, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, sweat, or other environmental factors

  • Blessed & Bold is not liable for allergic reactions, improper product use, or damages caused by external factors.

6. Product Disclaimer & Tarnishing

  • 925 Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes and tarnishes over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and body oils. This is a normal process and can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.

  • Tarnishing or color changes do not indicate a defect.

  • Factors that accelerate tarnishing include:

    • Contact with perfumes, lotions, sweat, and chemicals

    • Wearing jewelry in the shower, swimming pools, or while exercising

    • Exposure to high humidity or air pollution

    • Copper-based jewelry (if applicable) may develop a greenish patina over time, which is natural.

  • Blessed & Bold is not responsible for tarnishing, discoloration, or changes in jewelry appearance after purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their jewelry.

7. Payment & Security

  • We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayFast, and other approved payment methods.

  • Customer payment details are not stored by Blessed & Bold.

  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect transactions, but we are not liable for third-party breaches.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Blessed & Bold is not responsible for indirect damages such as lost shipments, courier delays, or allergic reactions.

  • We do not guarantee the product lifespan, as it depends on individual use and care.

  • Customers agree to purchase and use our products at their own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law.

Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in South Africa.
