No Refunds – Exchange Only

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in unused and original condition with packaging.

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

Lifetime Warranty Exchanges

For products covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we will replace your item for a R199 processing fee. This covers the cost of shipping and handling.
